Authors are invited to submit papers on original, unpublished research in all areas of phonetics of the sounds of Chinese dialects and the minority languages in China.
Any individual can be a first author of one paper and a co-author of another paper submitted for consideration.
The length of the papers is four A4 pages.
One of the following IPA fonts should be used for the papers.
Papers will be reviewed in a double-blind manner by two or more reviewers.
Papers should be submitted to the conference organizer through email firstname.lastname@example.org in both PDF and Microsoft Word (DOC or DOCX) formats.
The deadline for paper submission is on September 15, 2013.
Notification of acceptance will be sent on October 14, 2013.
The deadline for submission of the revised version of the accepted papers is on October 21, 2013.
Each accepted paper needs to be registered for the conference by October 31, 2013.
Only the first author or co-author can register for the accepted papers and present the papers at the conference.
An individual can register for more than one paper.
Selected conference papers will be edited for publication of a post-conference monograph under ‘The Sounds of the Languages in China’.
