Online registration is open for the period from October 1, 2013 to October 31, 2013.
On-site registration at the conference venue will start at 8:30 a.m. of December 2, 2013.
Registration should be made by filling in the online registration form and making credit card payment.
On-site registration should be in cash and in the currency of Hong Kong dollar.
Note: The online registration system is shut down everyday at 03:30-07:00 (HK, GMT+8), and it will permanently close on October 31, 2013 (GMT 23:59).

All fees are in Hong Kong dollar.
The first or co-author of the accepted paper must register for the conference on or before October 31, 2013.
An individual can register for more than one paper.
Without registration, an accepted paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.
Registration fee (HK$300 off) for students is applicable to current full-time or part-time undergraduates and postgraduates with valid proof for their student status.
A copy of the student ID card showing the name and the study period or a proof letter of the student status issued by the Department/University of the student should be attached to the online registration form. Otherwise, regular registration fee will be applied.
All cancellations must be justified in writing to the organizer of ICPLC-2013 by email.
All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the conference.
The amount of refund depending on the cancellation date is as follows.
